July 5, 2022 - Montrose, IL - The Equity GO SMART Team and Planters Precision hosted the 2022 National Association of Agricultural Educators (NAAE) Region IV Leadership Conference on June 29th. The NAAE tour group was composed of agriculture education instructors from Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, and Ohio who are invited to come together and learn about new and emerging technologies in industries that will affect their students.
The Equity discussed the latest technologies within its business that impact their customers the most, from using multiple layers of data to build fertility and seeding prescriptions to the actual precision placement of those seeds and fertilizers. The Equity’s GO Smart team also demonstrated several digital scouting platforms that can be used for early detection of insects, weeds, and diseases.
The Equity would like to thank the NAAE instructors for their commitment to educating young students about Agriculture. We appreciate the group taking the time this summer to expand their knowledge for the benefit of their future students.
